Kieren Egan is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience in eHealth and dementia care, currently serving as a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Strathclyde and a member of the Young Academy of Scotland since August 2022. Egan has previously held positions as a Research Fellow at the University of Surrey, focusing on technology-integrated health management for dementia, and as a Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of Edinburgh, conducting joint research on sleep and circadian rhythms in rural Brazilian populations. Egan also contributed as a Consultant for the World Health Organization, supporting initiatives against dementia, and as a Researcher at various esteemed institutions, including the University of Geneva. Kieren Egan earned a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Edinburgh and holds a BSc with Honours in Pharmacology from the same university.
