Kassy Schimkaitis has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Kassy is currently a Member at Chief, a private network aimed at promoting women in positions of power. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Commnet Broadband, where they played a crucial role in providing broadband communication services to rural and tribal communities. Kassy also founded their own company, Aspen West HR Group LLC. Kassy has held various HR leadership roles at top organizations, including Meta, Comcast, Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, and Lockheed Martin. Their areas of expertise include strategic HR management, talent development, and HR business partnering.
