Mats Forsman

Mats Forsman is a Partner and co-founder of CommodityFirst, a consulting firm specializing in Energy and Commodities Trading and Technology. At CommodityFirst, Mats focuses on areas such as Business and IT transformations, ETRM systems selections, and Change Management projects. With over a decade of senior management experience in the Financial and Energy industries, Mats has excelled in multicultural environments, effectively bridging the gap between Business and IT. Prior to founding CommodityFirst, Mats held various leadership roles, including Risk and Product Development Manager at Vattenfall AB and Project Manager at Alpiq. Currently, Mats also serves as a Board Member at ArbOrg Utveckling AB.
