Michael Lencioni

Vice President of Product and Operations at Common Goal Systems

Michael Lencioni has had a diverse career, beginning with their role as an Associate Editor for Towers Post, Inc. in 2009. In 2010, they joined Teach for America as a Corps Member and Baltimore City Public Schools as a Teacher and Tutor. In 2012, they became a Teacher for Albemarle County Public Schools, and in 2014 they joined The Challenger Learning Center for Science Education as a Curriculum Developer and Northwestern University as a Residential Coordinator. Since 2015, they have been with Common Goal Systems, serving as Vice President of Product and Operations, Product Manager, Senior Sales Engineer, and Senior IT Analyst.

Michael Lencioni obtained their Postgraduate Professional License (Teaching License PreK-6) from the Virginia Department of Education in July 2012. Michael then attended The Johns Hopkins University from 2010 to 2012, earning an MSEd in Data Driven Education. After that, they obtained several certifications from the Virginia Department of Fire Programs and FEMA in 2013. In 2006, they began attending Columbia College Chicago, earning a Film & Video degree with a focus in Post Production Editing in 2010. Finally, they are currently attending Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA.
