Josh Hinrichs

Josh Hinrichs is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and operational management across various industries. Currently, Hinrichs serves as President of UtiliSource LLC and has held the position of Trustee with the Frenchtown Rural Fire District since June 2021. As a Past Chairman of Common Ground Alliance and Past President of the NATIONAL UTILITY LOCATING CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION, Hinrichs has demonstrated a strong commitment to industry advocacy. Prior roles include President of ELM Locating & Utility Services and Chief Information Officer at the Gold Shovel Association. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Computer Science from Montana Technological University, Hinrichs combines technical expertise with strategic oversight in marketing, contract management, and customer relations.
