Common Ground Consulting specializes in the management of development projects across BC. We take development projects through the city approval process as quickly and efficiently as possible using our familiarity with city requirements, streamlined company processes and relationships with industry professionals and city officials. Our clients can trust that their assets are being managed in the most expedited manner. Common Ground Consulting looks after all coordination with the city and project consultants required for the succession of a project through the municipal process. We act as the client’s agent in communicating with the municipality and fulfilling all their requirements, and directing the project consultants as required.
