Kaitlin Fink, FSA has extensive work experience in the healthcare and actuarial fields. Kaitlin is currently the Director of Network and Business Insights at Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative. Prior to this, they worked as a Provider Contract / Cost of Care Consultant at Anthem, Inc. from 2020 to 2022. Kaitlin also served as a Senior Healthcare Economics Analyst at Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative from 2019 to 2020. Kaitlin began their career as an Actuary at Milliman, where they held the positions of Actuary from 2017 to 2019 and Associate Actuary from 2014 to 2017.
