The Leadership Team at Common Ground is responsible for setting the strategic direction, managing operations, and ensuring the effective delivery of crisis intervention services. Each member brings their expertise to oversee financial management, operations, crisis response, external relations, medical care, and overall organizational experience to support individuals and families in urgent need.
