Lauren Young has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a Secretary/Assistant at Tomb, Mack & Kauffman Law. Lauren then worked as an Administrative Assistant at IUP Men's Basketball from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, they interned at the Philadelphia 76ers. Lauren also gained experience as a Waitress at Nap's Cucina Mia from 2007 to 2011.

In 2011, Lauren joined ExpenseAnywhere as part of the marketing team and worked there until 2012. Following that, they worked as a Product Content Specialist - eCommerce at GNC for a year.

In 2013, Lauren joined Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator and later became a Marketing Events Manager from 2018 to 2018.

Currently, Lauren is associated with Commonplace Coffee. Lauren has held the positions of Marketing and Communications Coordinator since 2018, Marketing Communications Manager since 2019, and they now serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications.

Lauren Young received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2011. Lauren also studied Marketing at the Eberly College of Business and Information Technology from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they attended the University of Macau, China, where they focused on Marketing.
