Andrew Whelan

Andrew Whelan has over 15 years of work experience in the property industry. Andrew began their career in 2006 as a Negotiator for John D Wood & Co. Andrew then moved to Hamptons International in 2011 as a Senior Negotiator. In 2013, they joined Bective Leslie Marsh as a Lettings Manager. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Lettings Manager at Winkworth. In 2018, they became the Head of Corporate Services at Sotheby's International Realty UK. In 2019, they were appointed Head of Property Acquisition at Amatra Residences. In 2021, they took on the role of Business Development Manager at Commonplace and also volunteered for Give Them A Shot to raise money for Unicef's work with the Covax Facility to achieve Covid vaccine equality.

Andrew Whelan is a highly educated individual. Andrew began their educational journey at South African College School from 1989 to 2000. Andrew then attended the University of Cape Town, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory & Politics and a Faculty of Engineering & the Built Environment in Property Development. In 2015, they obtained a NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management (QCF) from the National Federation of Property Professionals. Finally, they completed a Master's degree in Real Estate Development at University College of Estate Management from 2019 to 2021.
