Prior to this, Charlotte held various leadership positions at Dignity Health from February 1992 to January 2020, including Director of Home Health & Hospice, Manager of Home Health, and RN Liaison/Maternal Child Home Care Coordinator. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from California Coast University and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from California State University-Sacramento.
