Emily Weber has extensive experience in social work, particularly in hospice care and case management for children and families. Currently serving as a Medical Social Worker at CHI Health at Home since December 2017, Emily specializes in hospice care. Previous roles include Adoption Specialist at Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, where responsibilities included case management, family recruitment, and preparing families for adoption. Emily also worked as a Caseworker with Nebraska Families Collaborative, managing high-needs children, and served as a Service Coordinator at Boys and Girls Home and Family Services, focusing on families affected by child abuse and neglect. Emily holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
