Grace Cooper Msw

Grace Cooper MSW, LGSW is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social work and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Look At Grace, a faith-based T-shirt line, since September 2023, Grace has also held the role of Medical Social Worker at North Memorial Health since September 2016. Previous positions include CADI case manager at Thomas Allen Incorporated, where responsibilities involved managing and facilitating CADI Waiver budgets and services, and Program Director at Everytime Home Care, overseeing operations to ensure compliance with care standards. Additional roles include experience as a Psychiatric Technician at Fairview Health Services and Clinical Social Work Intern at Fairview Behavioral Service. Grace holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work, both from St. Cloud State University.
