Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Home Health Manager at Upper Valley Medical Center Home Care Services, where responsibilities included overseeing daily clinical operations and managing a multidisciplinary staff. Melissa's educational background includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Wheeling University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Dayton.
