Alexis Roam currently serves as the National Service Line Director of Quality Improvement at CommonSpirit Health, starting in October 2023. Since August 2007, Alexis has been the Lead Faculty for the Leadership Development Academy for Long-Term Care at the University of Missouri. Previous roles include serving as Curriculum Development Specialist at AADNS from June 2019 to August 2023, Regional Quality Nurse at StoneBridge Senior Living, and Regional Director of Quality and Clinical Operations at Advantage Healthcare Management Group. Alexis also held the positions of Clinical Consultant at Platinum Health Care LLC, VP of Clinical Affairs at Mobile Wound Solutions, and Program Manager and Quality Improvement Consultant at Primaris. Alexis earned a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
