Amanda Waters

Amanda Waters, MBA, currently serves as the Market Director of Strategy and Business Development at CommonSpirit Health since April 2023. Previously, Amanda was the Director of Physician and Business Development at Dignity Health from April 2016 to October 2023, where collaboration with physicians and the business development team at Memorial Hospital focused on growth and strengthening service lines. Prior to that, Amanda held roles as Program Director at RestorixHealth and Paradigm Medical Management, directing outpatient care for chronic, non-healing wounds and overseeing operations at the Bakersfield Memorial Hospital Center for Wound Care and Hyperbarics. Amanda began a career in healthcare management as Office Manager at Central Valley Physical Therapy and served as a Community Outreach Coordinator at Paradigm Medical Management. Amanda holds an MBA in Business and a B.A. in English and Communications from California State University, Bakersfield.
