Andre Lane

Andre Lane, M.A., serves as the System Manager Executive Recruitment at CommonSpirit Health since April 2021, contributing to the non-profit Catholic health system's mission of advancing health across a wide network of 140 hospitals and over 2,200 care centers. Prior to this role, Lane was an Executive Recruiter at Service King Collision from January 2020 to April 2021, where leadership in talent acquisition for the South Texas market was demonstrated. A distinguished career in the United States Air Force spanned from February 1992 to March 2020, encompassing various leadership positions including Executive Director Talent Acquisition and Senior Director Talent Acquisition, overseeing thousands of new hires annually across multiple states and territories. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science & Government from Ashford University, along with two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Human Resources Management and Electrical and Mechanical Technology.
