Anuradhika A. currently serves as the System Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Innovation & CSH Ventures at CommonSpirit Health. Previously, Anuradhika held the position of Director of Strategic Innovation at Docent Health, and worked as Vice President of Partnership Success. Anuradhika's earlier roles include Director of Clinical Integration, Care Coordination, and Palliative Care at Virginia Mason Medical Center, as well as involvement in Strategic Projects within the Office of the COO and performance improvement initiatives as a VMPS Lean Specialist.
