Arlene Pynadath

Arlene Pynadath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clinical operations analytics and technology. Currently serving as a Lecturer at Northwestern University School of Professional Studies since September 2019, Pynadath also holds the position of System Director at CommonSpirit Health, a role pursued since May 2016. Previous experience includes significant roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, including Senior Manager and Product Manager/Architect for Enterprise Pricing, as well as a Software Developer role at The Pampered Chef. Pynadath began a career in technology as a Software Engineer at Xpedior Inc. and worked as a Business Analyst at the American Medical Association. Arlene Pynadath holds two Master's degrees in Computer Application and Computer Science from Sardar Patel University, obtained from 1993 to 1996.
