Brad Pope

Brad Pope has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Chief Human Resource Officer for the South Region at CommonSpirit Health since February 2019. Prior to this role, Brad was the Division VP/Chief Human Resources Officer for the Southeast Division at CHI, where engagement spanned from April 2002 to February 2019, including positions such as CHRO/Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at CHI Memorial. Additional roles include Director of Human Resources at Siskin Hospital and a Manager position at the Chattanooga Housing Authority. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Lipscomb University.
