Claire Hardison

Claire Hardison currently serves as the South Region Director of Risk Management and Loss Prevention at CommonSpirit Health, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this, Claire held roles including Patient Safety Officer at CHI St. Vincent Infirmary from January 2021 to March 2025 and Risk Management positions at CHI St. Vincent from January 2016 to March 2025. Claire's career began as a Critical Care RN at Baptist Health from January 2007 to February 2015 and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from May 2009 to July 2012. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Science in Nursing with an Executive Specialty from Chamberlain University, obtained from January 2020 to March 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, along with a Diploma of Nursing from Baptist Health Schools-Little Rock, completed from 2004 to 2006.
