Cynthia Collins

Cynthia Collins is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Provider Relations Specialist at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region since October 2018, where responsibilities include managing relationships with independent affiliate clinics and ensuring project goals are achieved in areas such as population health and provider relations. Previously, Cynthia held various management and supervisory roles, including Supervisor of Patient Access overseeing insurance notifications for 17 hospitals and Director of Clinical Operations at Concentra, where Cynthia significantly enhanced patient experience scores. Additional experience includes office management and patient relations roles across multiple healthcare settings. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Child Development and Fitness from North Dakota State University and is pursuing a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Northwestern University while also holding two master's degrees in Human Development and Family Studies and Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
