Jeff Andrews

Jeff Andrews currently serves as the System Vice President of Ambulatory Surgery at CommonSpirit Health, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jeff served as Chief Executive Officer at Aligned Orthopedic Partners from April 2024 to September 2025, and as Chief Operating Officer at Regent Surgical Health from October 2021 to April 2024. Jeff also held the position of EVP & Chief Operating Officer at Compassus in early 2021, and served as EVP, Chief Operating Officer, and Interim President at Sequel Youth and Family Services from December 2019 to September 2020. Jeff's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Colorado State University and an MBA in HealthCare Administration from the University of Phoenix.
