Jeff Eakin M.d.

Jeff Eakin M.D. currently serves as a General and Bariatric Surgeon at Granger Medical Clinic and holds various leadership roles, including Voting Member of the Trauma State Advisory Committee for the Utah Department of Health and Governing Board Member at Holy Cross Hospital - Jordan Valley. As Medical Staff President for CommonSpirit Health, Jeff oversees governance and quality initiatives across multiple hospitals, while also directing trauma surgery and chairing the Department of Surgery for Steward Healthcare's Utah Hospital Network. With extensive experience in trauma and bariatric surgery, Jeff has established state-designated trauma programs and a Comprehensive Bariatric Center of Excellence. Additionally, Jeff holds adjunct clinical professorships at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and the University of Utah. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine degree from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree from Miami University.
