Joe Viola

Joe Viola currently serves as Senior Counsel for Real Estate at CommonSpirit Health since April 2018. Prior professional experience includes roles as an Associate and Partner at Snell & Wilmer from May 2003 to April 2018, where the practice focused on real estate, leasing, and construction matters, as well as prior associate positions at Shearman & Sterling and O'Melveny & Myers LLP. Joe Viola holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame.
