Lana Adzhigirey RN MN CPHQ serves as the System Director of Virtual Health and Transformation at CommonSpirit Health since December 2002, where the focus involves enhancing patient connectivity to necessary care. Prior roles included Care Transformation Manager and Critical Care APC Manager, emphasizing the design and expansion of complex clinical programs aimed at quality improvement. Additionally, Lana led the Critical Care Performance Improvement/Intensivist Program, pioneering the implementation of evidence-based practices and protocols in the region.
