Mark Anderson

Mark Anderson serves as the Director of Employee and Labor Relations at CommonSpirit Health since February 2022, overseeing operations in the Pacific Northwest for Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions including Labor Attorney at Cline & Associates, Senior Corporate Counsel for Employment at TrueBlue Inc., and Employment Litigation Attorney at The Blankenship Law Firm. Mark also has experience as Labor Relations Manager for the City of Redmond and worked in the Attorney General's Office as an Employment and Civil Rights Attorney. Earlier in the career, Mark served as General Counsel for the Teamsters Union and as a Labor and Employment Attorney in the Attorney General's Office, focusing on employment matters and union relations. Mark holds a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law, along with a Master's degree in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
