Neil Pearl

Neil Pearl is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health care analytics and business intelligence. Currently serving as the System Director of Analytics for CommonSpirit Health since June 2019, Neil plays a pivotal role in the integration of Catholic Health Initiatives and Dignity Health into a unified system. Prior to this, Neil held the position of Director of Business Intelligence at Dignity Health Medical Foundation and has contributed significantly to health care accessibility across multiple states. Neil’s earlier roles include managerial and analytical positions at organizations such as Sutter Health, LifeMasters Supported SelfCare, and Agilent Technologies. Neil’s educational background includes studies at Stockton University and the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology.
