Tanja Oquendo

Tanja Oquendo currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Fairview Health Services since August 2024 and is the Principal and Owner of Leadership Edge, a consulting firm focused on human resources and organizational development, established in February 2023. Previously, Tanja held the position of System Senior Vice President for Transformation and Integration at CommonSpirit from October 2019 to February 2023. Tanja's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Kentucky One Health as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer from March 2012 to October 2019, and as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at St. Joseph Medical Center from February 2011 to March 2012. Tanja Oquendo holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University.
