Timea Kennedy

Timea Kennedy is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as System Director of Employee Labor Relations at CommonSpirit Health since August 2023. Previously, Timea held the position of Director, Strategic HR Business Partner at the same organization. Timea's experience also includes working as a Human Resources Consultant at BBSI from July 2022 to August 2023, and as Vice President of Human Resources at Diversus Health from May 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading all people functions and enhancing employee experience. Additionally, Timea served as Human Resources Director for CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region, overseeing operations at St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado. Educational qualifications include a Jurisprudence degree in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Pécs.
