With a background in multimedia production and project management, John has worked for various companies such as Forbes Media, Cengage Learning, and Houghton Mifflin. John's experience includes producing audio and video products for educational and business titles, as well as working on multimedia projects for medical institutions. John holds a B.A. in English and American Literature from Harvard University.
