Joe Chen has over 15 years of experience in the finance and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Home Lending Executive at Commonwealth Bank since January 2017. Joe has progressed through various roles at Commonwealth Bank, including Senior Home Lending Specialist and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Joe worked as an Assistant Accountant at BHD Storage Solutions and gained sales experience as a Sales Representative at TeleChoice. An accounting internship at Delaware North, Australia & New Zealand provided foundational industry exposure. Joe holds an accounting degree and is a member of CPA Australia.
