Rachel Brito

Rachel Brito is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and community support. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent & Leadership Experience at Commonwealth Bank since December 2021, Rachel previously held the position of Defence Community Support Coordinator at Defence Community Organisation & Randwick Family Centre from February 2018 to April 2020, focusing on enhancing services for over 60 defence families. Prior to that, Rachel worked at Telstra from 2008 to July 2016, where various roles included Senior Consultant for Culture Change & People, Leader in Organisational Development for Scoping & Design, Learning Relationship Manager, and L&D Project Manager. Rachel is an alumna of the University of Technology Sydney and has completed further education at TAFE NSW.
