Rodrigo Castillo

Rodrigo Castillo serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Commonwealth Bank since July 2023. Prior to this, Rodrigo held multiple senior roles at HSBC from March 2008 to July 2023, including Chief Information Officer for WPB Americas and Retail Bank for Latin America, and Head of IT Operations for México and Latin America, where responsibilities included managing IT operations across 12 countries and overseeing client services and data networking. Rodrigo began their career at Banco del Exito, working as the Information Security Officer from April 2002 to March 2008. Educational qualifications include an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership, Developing and Managing Successful Technology Strategy, and an ongoing Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management, along with a degree from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería.
