Sam Bladergroen

Sam (Nicolas) Bladergroen possesses extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors, having held numerous leadership roles at Commonwealth Bank and Standard Bank Group. Positions include Crew Lead for Digitisation and Enablement and Executive Manager for Core Transact and Growth at Commonwealth Bank, alongside roles such as Head of eCommerce Segment and Head of e-Trading for Foreign Exchange at Standard Bank Group. Sam also served as a Project Manager at Dimension Data. Academically, Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, earned from 1994 to 1997, and completed education at Saint Stithians from 1987 to 1993.
