Sean Russell

Sean Russell is an accomplished service design professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Service Design Lead at Service New South Wales since July 2021, Sean has established a center of excellence focused on innovation and design capability. Previously, Sean held the position of Principal Service Designer at SNSW, where impactful organizational transformations, including a comprehensive customer care model, were orchestrated. Other notable roles include Senior Experience Researcher at Commonwealth Bank, where Sean advanced UX research across numerous teams, and UX Design & Team Lead at Public Health England, driving digital design strategy for major campaigns. Sean holds a Master's degree in Online Banking and Design for the Older Adult, along with a Bachelor's in Business Information Systems, and has contributed to influential projects utilizing design thinking and user-centered methodologies.
