Wendy Lee

Wendy Lee was appointed Company Secretary of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia on 10 April 2025. She has over 20 years of experience as a company secretary and corporate governance professional. Prior to her appointment, she held company secretary and corporate governance roles with Lendlease Group and with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia Group. She is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia’s Legislative Review Committee.
