Deborah Shea Licsw

Deborah Shea MSW LICSW is a seasoned professional in behavioral health management, currently serving as Manager of Behavioral Health Clinical Care at Commonwealth Care Alliance since December 2021. Previously, Deborah held roles such as Behavioral Health Case Manager at Tufts Health Plan from October 2018 to January 2022, and Clinic Director at MSPCC from October 2013 to January 2022. Deborah has extensive experience in community-based services, having served as Director of Community-Based Services at North Suffolk Mental Health, and developed the Family Stabilization Team while overseeing a team of over 20 masters-level clinicians and Family Partners. Deborah earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Child and Family/Mental Health from Salem State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology from UMass Boston.
