Ingrid Mansir

Ingrid Mansir, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of HR, with a career spanning over two decades. Ingrid is currently the Director of Employee Relations and HR Business Partnerships at Commonwealth Care Alliance, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior HR Manager at Northrop Grumman from April 2020 to June 2022.

Ingrid has also worked as an HR Consultant/Contractor for various organizations from November 2017 to April 2020, providing expert guidance on HR matters. Ingrid served as a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at CareMore Health from September 2016 to October 2017 and as a Regional Human Resources Director at Beacon Health Options from August 2014 to April 2016.
