Tiffany Gavin has extensive experience in healthcare management and strategy. Tiffany is currently working as the Sr. Director of Strategy & Execution at Commonwealth Care Alliance since July 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Administrative Strategy and Planning Director for the same company from October 2020 to January 2024.

Their earlier career includes roles as a Project Manager at Beth Israel Medical Center, a Departmental Coordinator-Administration at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital, and a Recruitment Coordinator at Continuum Health Partners.
