Tiffany Gavin

Tiffany Gavin has extensive experience in healthcare management and strategy. Tiffany is currently working as the Sr. Director of Strategy & Execution at Commonwealth Care Alliance since July 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Administrative Strategy and Planning Director for the same company from October 2020 to January 2024.

Before joining Commonwealth Care Alliance, Tiffany held various leadership positions at Boston Medical Center (BMC). Tiffany served as the Director of the Boston Allied Partners LTSS Community Partners program, where they oversaw the strategic direction and program launch. Tiffany also worked as the Program Director for the Massachusetts Alliance for Complex Care (MACC) program, leading a multidisciplinary effort to provide comprehensive services for medically fragile children.

Tiffany also has experience working at Partners HealthCare as a Consultant, where they presented strategic and financial analyses to inform business planning decisions. Prior to that, they worked at Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Consultant, where they developed a new strategic vision to improve care delivery.

Their earlier career includes roles as a Project Manager at Beth Israel Medical Center, a Departmental Coordinator-Administration at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital, and a Recruitment Coordinator at Continuum Health Partners.

Tiffany has a strong background in healthcare strategy, project management, and leadership, contributing to the success of various organizations in the industry.

Tiffany Gavin completed their MBA in Business at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2011 to 2013.
