Brandon Shain

Brandon Shain, ACAS, MAAA serves as the Chief Actuary and Head of Product at Commonwealth Casualty Company, where responsibilities include overseeing actuarial and product pricing, reserving, and analytics. Prior experience includes roles at GAINSCO, progressing from Senior Actuarial Analyst to Actuarial Director, where Brandon managed a team and handled pricing and reserving for the Southwest Region. Previous positions at Allstate involved developing pricing tools and analyses in various states, as well as internships at Cigna and Milliman focused on actuarial and consulting work. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut.
