We identify professionals needed to design and engineer the project. Subsequently, Commonwealth manages the planning, zoning, and budgeting processes, and oversees the selection of capable construction manager(s). We often also provide accounting services and coordination of specialized service providers such as technology, landscape, interior finishes and furnishings, start up, and property management.
