Catherine Powers

Catherine Powers is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and significant leadership roles in the energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Transmission Lines Engineering at ComEd since October 2020, Catherine has also held positions such as Sr. Manager of T&S Engineering Standards and Applications and Design Engineering Manager. Prior to ComEd, experience includes working as a Mechanical Design Engineer 3 at Exelon Nuclear from September 2015 to October 2020 and as a Product Development Engineer, Sr at Navistar Inc. from August 2011 to August 2015. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tri-State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Northern Illinois University.
