Daniel Long

Daniel Long, PE, has extensive experience in the electrical engineering field, primarily with ComEd since January 2016, where roles have ranged from Associate Engineer to Manager of Testing & Commissioning Engineering. Prior to this, Daniel Long served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, contributing to the Synchrophasor Data Quality Analysis group. Early career experiences include internships at ComEd in Substation Engineering and Relay & Protection, alongside a Power/Control Systems Internship at G&W Electric Co. Daniel Long earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in December 2015.
