Zach Neukam Pe

Zach Neukam, PE, currently serves as Project Engineer II at Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Zach held the position of Project Manager at Shrewsberry & Associates from April 2019 to January 2023 and worked as a Staff Engineer at American Structurepoint, Inc. from May 2014 to April 2019. In these roles, Zach provided solutions for municipal water and wastewater systems, conducted evaluations of existing infrastructure, and managed a Long-Term Control Plan to address Combined Sewer Overflows in compliance with EPA regulations. Earlier experiences include internships at CHA Consulting and the US Army Corps of Engineers, where responsibilities encompassed material quantity take-offs and conducting lake reports. Zach obtained a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Evansville.
