Eric Baith

Eric Baith currently serves as a Senior Process Instrumentation and Controls Engineer at Commonwealth Fusion Systems since August 2023. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Mitsubishi Power Americas from April 2017 to August 2023 as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer, focusing on engineering design, client control integration, and facilitating Factory Acceptance Tests. Eric's experience also includes supporting the commissioning of a new combined cycle facility at Dominion Energy as an I&C Engineering Technician from September 2012 to April 2017, managing the electrical department as an I&C Supervisor at Essroc, and working as an I&C Engineering Technician at Allegheny Energy, where significant contributions included the implementation of safety programs. Earlier professional roles involved I&C Technicians at Altoona City Water Authority and as an Electrical Engineering Technician at Murata, alongside an internship at WESTVACO.
