Maria King PT, DPT, Cert DN is an experienced physical therapist currently working at Commonwealth Home Health Care since January 2022 and as a business owner of Flourish PT RVA since October 2021. Prior to these roles, Maria served as a physical therapist at Amedisys from May 2019 to April 2023, and at Virginia Commonwealth University from October 2016 to April 2023. Additional experience includes working at Mindful Movement Physical Therapy and Yoga, Sheltering Arms, and clinical internships at various institutions including Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. Maria obtained a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Old Dominion University.
