Chelsea Uyeda

Chelsea Uyeda is an experienced professional currently serving as the Learning Management System Coordinator and Talent Acquisition specialist at Commonwealth Hotels since March 2019. In this role, Chelsea is responsible for administering the online learning platform, developing corporate training programs, and enhancing the recruitment process. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resource Coordinator at Commonwealth Hotels, where Chelsea managed eLearning programs and participated in crisis management task forces. Chelsea also founded Spotted Rabbit Consulting LLC in August 2024. Prior to these positions, Chelsea gained valuable experience at the University of Louisville as a REACH Supplemental Instruction Leader and Peer Supervisor, assisting students in Psychology courses, and as a REACH Tutor, supporting peers in various subjects. Chelsea began a career in hospitality with roles at Commonwealth Hotels, including a Breakfast Associate and a Summer Intern. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Louisville.
