Jesse Hemphill

Jesse Hemphill is an experienced hotel management professional with a robust background in operations and general management. Currently serving as the Director of Hotel Operations at Commonwealth Lodging Management, LLC since September 2023, Jesse has also held the position of General Manager at Norfolk Waterside Marriott since November 2018. Prior roles include General Manager at Richmond Marriott Short Pump and Holiday Inn Express & Suites Norfolk Airport, along with Director of Operations at Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Jesse's career began as General Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Chesapeake, VA. A graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations, Jesse has demonstrated expertise in overseeing hotel operations, revenue generation, and team leadership across various hospitality settings.
