Chad Harlan

Chad Harlan is currently working as the Director of Division of Securities at the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Previously, Chad also held various titles within the Division, including Securities Enforcement Branch Manager and Division Director of Nondepository Institutions. Chad also co-owns Steele Harlan LLC. With an extensive background in finance, Chad previously managed the Consumer Protection Branch of the Division of Nondepository Institutions. Moreover, Chad investigates Securities Fraud cases for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Chad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Kentucky.
